Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Create a new page with table of content.
2. Copy/parse an JIRA issue link to the page and let Confluence render as an JIRA issue macro with one issue.
3. Select the JIRA issue macro and apply the heading 2 format.
4. Save the page

Expected behaviour

On the page, the table of content macro should render the issue summary with the issue status.

Actual behaviour

It is showing "Getting issue detail.. " in the summary box and "Status" in the issue status box.

which is the same as the user did not approve the oauth between JIRA and Confluence.
