    • We collect Confluence feedback from various sources, and we evaluate what we've collected when planning our product roadmap. To understand how this piece of feedback will be reviewed, see our Implementation of New Features Policy.

      NOTE: This suggestion is for Confluence Server. Using Confluence Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      As a way to provide greater convenience advantages for customers that are using PEM-based CA certs and keys for SSL, please consider including APR listeners in Confluence's server.xml file, similar to what is provided within JIRA. For example, the following listener can make it easier to configure SSL in certain situations:

      <Listener className="org.apache.catalina.core.AprLifecycleListener" SSLEngine="on" />
