Include APR listeners in Confluence configuration file

      As a way to provide greater convenience advantages for customers that are using PEM-based CA certs and keys for SSL, please consider including APR listeners in Confluence's server.xml file, similar to what is provided within JIRA. For example, the following listener can make it easier to configure SSL in certain situations:
