Updating user avatar does not work in Confluence Cloud

      Summary

      Updating user avatar does not work in Confluence Cloud

      How to replicate

      1. Go to User Profile -> Picture
      2. Upload the first image by clicking on Upload Image button. The first image will shows without any problem.
      3. Re-upload different image.
      4. After you refresh, it will revert to the first image instead of showing the second image.

      Workaround

      A workaround for this is force browser to refresh ("CMD R" for Chrome in mac) or clear browser cache.
