Copy Page in Confluence causes Unknown Attachment Error in Editor

      Summary

      Copy Page results to Unknown Attachment error while editing the copied page for the first time.

      Steps to Reproduce in before Confluence 6.0

      1. Copy a page with images displayed on the page.

      Steps to Reproduce in Confluence 6.0 and above

      1. Disable Collaborative Editing via Administrations > Collaborative Editing > Change Mode > choose Off
      2. Copy a page with images displayed on the page

      Expected Results

      The image is displayed in the page editor.

      Actual Results

      Unknown Attachment error is displayed.

      Notes

      When the page is saved, the image will appear, but there is a side-effect described in CONFSERVER-55493
