Special character (ucirc, umlaut, oslash, etc) causing chart macro fail to render

NOTE: This bug report is for Confluence Server. Using Confluence Cloud? See the corresponding bug report.

      Steps to replicate :

      1. Create a page with tables with 13 column and 1 row with headers with data populated and ensure that at least 1 umlaut character (also valid for the ucirc character 'û') is included in the page.
      2. Create another new page with chart macro
      3. Include the page created in step 1 within the chart macro
      4. Save the page

Expected behavior : the chart should show
Current behavior : the chart is not shown but an error message is shown on the page :

Error rendering macro 'chart' : org.dom4j.DocumentException: Error on line 1 of document : The entity "auml" was referenced, but not declared. Nested exception: The entity "auml" was referenced, but not declared.

Attached you can find the space backup that is able to replicate the issue Confluence-space-export-031724-2.xml.zip

Workaround : remove the umlaut characters from the include page
