Summary

When setting the profile language settings to French, the chart macro is no longer displayed because of the ucirc character in the month of August in French (written Août). This was working properly before December 8th.
The issue is also occurring with Swedish special charaters: Å, Ä, Ö.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a page with tables with 13 column and 1 row with headers with data populated and ensure that at least 1 ucirc character is included in the page.
2. Create another new page with chart macro
3. Include the page created in step 1 within the chart macro
4. Save the page

Expected Results

The chart should display properly on the page.

Actual Results

The following error message is displayed instead of the chart: org.dom4j.DocumentException: Error on line 1 of document : The entity "ucirc" was referenced, but not declared. Nested exception: The entity "ucirc" was referenced, but not declared.

Notes

This was working properly before December 8th which is why this bug ticket was created even though https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONF-42649 already reported the problem.

Workaround

Set the language settings to English and the chart will display again.
Replacing Swedish special characters allow to display the chart again.
