The Table of Contents macro links do not redirect to the appropriate heading on the page when the Documentation theme is used in the space.

Create a space and apply the Documentation Theme
Create a new page with several headings, add the Table of Contents macro
Save the page, and attempt to click on one of the heading links in the table of contents

Right clicking on a link and opening in a new window will place you in the correct area of the page.
A better solution would be to switch to the default global look and feel for confluence, as the Documentation theme is being discontinued
To make use of Table of Content Zone Macro instead of Table of Contents Macro.
- When using the ToC Zone macro, ensure all content is placed in the body of the macro. The Table of contents is generated based on headings inside the macro body.
