Summary
The Table of Contents macro links do not redirect to the appropriate heading on the page when the Documentation theme is used in the space.
Environment
- Confluence Cloud version 5.9.1-OD-2015.47.1-0002
- Space uses Documentation Theme
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a space and apply the Documentation Theme
- Create a new page with several headings, add the Table of Contents macro
- Save the page, and attempt to click on one of the heading links in the table of contents
Expected Results
- You are re-directed to the appropriate heading on the page
Actual Results
- You are not re-directed
Workaround
- Right clicking on a link and opening in a new window will place you in the correct area of the page.
- A better solution would be to switch to the default global look and feel for confluence, as the Documentation theme is being discontinued
- To make use of Table of Content Zone Macro instead of Table of Contents Macro.
- When using the ToC Zone macro, ensure all content is placed in the body of the macro. The Table of contents is generated based on headings inside the macro body.
