Confluence Mobile Site Menu Doesn't Work On Desktop Browsers

      The Confluence Mobile Site Menu Is Not Clickable in most Desktop Browsers, though it works on Safari (needed to do some debugging sometimes). See:

      To reproduce, navigate to <ConfluenceURL>/plugins/servlet/mobile#dashboard/recentblogs and hit on the Menu link. Try to click on any of the links
