This report could have similar symptoms from this one, which states that the files are not playing due to a timeout.

However, in this case, when you insert the Multimedia macro and use a .swf to be rendered, it will display the file with the clickable options. Once you click in one of the options, the file will just keep loading or not react. Only a 'loading' image is displayed for the Flash file.
