Description
Background: we have a Confluence with 8 JIRA instances.
We just identified the following bug:
- User opens a Confluence page and opens the editor
- User copies a link of a JIRA issue on an instance that is not defined as standard instance
- User pastes this JIRA link into the editor
- Editor will create a JIRA macro out of the link
- User saves the page
Actual result: User does not see the issue. Instead he gets the error 'JIRA Issues Macro: Data cannot be retrieved due to an unexpected error'
Desired result: User sees the content of the macro displayed correctly.
Problem: When pasting links from JIRA instances that are not standard, Confluence will not consider these different server ids. It will always use the server id for the macro which is defined as standard.
Again, a very ugly bug that makes life hard for our users.
