      Description

NOTE: This suggestion is for Confluence Server. Using Confluence Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      Problem Definition

Looking for a way to show the Parent Space of a Page when a user is Mentioned on the Page or when it is Shared with them.

      In the current Email Notification:
The Subject indicates that User Mentioned or Shared a Page with You
The Body contains the Page's title (which is clickable)
There is no indication of where this Page exists within Confluence

An email received from a Comment or a Page Edit shows a Breadcrumb in the Email Subject:

       [Confluence] Parent Space > Page

      Suggested Solution

Would like to see a Breadcrumb of where this Page exists within a Space
Also allow an Admin the ability to customize the Email Notifications sent to their Users through the Web Console
There is an unsupported option to Edit the Confluence Mail Templates however it requires File System Access (unavailable to Cloud Customers).

      Workaround

Server Only - Customizing the Email Templates
