Feature Request: Option to NOT expand {expand} macros when printing page.

      Problem

We run into this problem quite often. When we print we want to print the page precisely as it currently looks. (i.e With Expand macros all collapsed, or some collapsed and some expanded).

At the moment the page just prints as though all the Expands are expanded. Not useful!

As a work around we have to Duplicate the page, remove the expands, save and print. It means we always have to maintain a 2ndary copy of some articles with empty Expand macros.

Exporting to PDF is not a viable option either because the PDF rendering isn't WYSIWYG either; the images for example are all printed at 100% size, not at the size we've specified in the page.
