Feature Request: Option to print attachments with page

Hello there!

A subset of our Confluence user community has recently expressed their desire to have, after clicking the print button, the option to have all attachments included with the print. Expanding on that idea, they would also like the ability to export to PDF/Word with attachments too (where feasible), the ability to select which attachments get included in the print, and the order they are printed in. (All of this is relative to the page context. They are thinking that, while they are reading a specific page, they would click print and have all this happen.)
