Embedded Crowd missing primary group support for Active Directory

Summary

Crowd 2.7 features primary group support per CWD-1286. This feature is not found in Confluence 5.3 or later which has Crowd 2.7 embedded.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Set up connector for Active Directory

Expected Results

Expect same option in Crowd 2.7 to enable primary group support. See screenshot of Crowd 2.7 and Crowd 2.8.

Actual Results

No option is found for enabling primary group support.
