JIRA Macro reports "0 issue" instead of "0 issues"

Procedure:

1. Add a JIRA Issues Macro that returns no issues (an empty set)
   • Configure the Display Options of the macro to show "Total Issue Count"

Results:

1. The page will display the text "0 issue"

Expected Results:

1. Correct English would be "0 issues"
