{jiraissues:count=true} states "1 issues" if there is one issue

When using the jiraissues macro with the parameter count = true, and there is only one issue, the macro returns "1 issues". It should return "1 issue". I am using this macro as part of a release note document where I would like to display the number of issues after some text like: "New issues created this week (1 issue)". However the text looks like: "New issues created this week (1 issues)". Ideally I would like to just have the number as in: "New issues created this week (1)".
