      As a User or Administrator or new security role called 'Undeleter'
      in order to undelete (accidentally) deleted attachments incl. all their versions or one version
      I want to be able to undelete from within GUI

      Acceptance criteria

      • I can undelete an attachment with only this one version.
      • I can undelete an attachment including all its versions.
      • I can undelete just one version in an attachment
