JIRA Issue Macro Does Not Display SLA Time with JIRA and JIRA Service Desk Tickets

      After adding a JIRA Issue Macro that shows a JIRA Service Desk project, and the Time to Resolution field (default SLA field) or any custom SLA field, no SLA times appear in the Confluence page the JIRA Issue Macro is included in

      Reproduction steps:

      1. Install JIRA, JIRA Service Desk, and Confluence
      2. Create a JSD Project
      3. Create an issue in the project
      4. Create a Space and Page in Confluence
      5. Embed a JIRA Issue Macro in the page displaying the Project created above
        • Ensure that the Time to Resolution field is included

      Expected behavior

      SLA times are shown in the list of issues for the Time to Resolution column

      Actual behavior

      The column is empty see the following image:
