Insert Symbol window is stripped in Firefox 31.3.0 & IE11

      By clicking 'Insert > Symbol' in the Confluence 5.5.6 editor, the window containing the symbols is stripped at the bottom line in Firefox 31.3.0. Works fine in Firefox 31.2.0, works not in Internet Explorer 11 (see CONF-34339).
