Insert Symbol dialog is empty on IE 11

    Description

      The Insert Symbol dialog while either editing or creating a page is empty in IE 11:

      Workaround

      1. Hit F12 in IE11 (which brings up the developer panel)
      2. Click on the Emulation tab and set the Document Mode to 10:
