Getting 401 Unauthorized error in console when accessing Confluence anonymously

      First of all: This is a regression. It worked in 5.2, is broken in 5.5 ;(

      1. open a wiki instance 5.5 or greater as anyonymous user
        like https://wiki.childno.de/display/ATLAS or Atlassian https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/ALLDOC/Atlassian+Documentation
      2. Open Extra / Tool menu
      3. open page permissions
      4. JS Error occurs 
        Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'length' of undefined batch.js:3419f batch.js:3419(anonymous function) batch.js:3419j batch.js:29o.fireWith batch.js:31c batch.js:155b

      Also other parts seems to be broken. In a instance with custom doctheme, I can see errors like 

      https://yourInstance.example.com/rest/ia/1.0/spaces/recent?_=1413967726385

      and / or

      GET https://yourInstance.example.com/plugins/pagetree/naturalchildren.a…&treeId=3&startDepth=0&mobile=false&ancestors=52859493&treePageId=50082092 403 (Forbidden)

      which (perhaps) only occurs on old doctheme?!

      PLEASE Altassian, this is annyoing popup of bugs you might have simply proven by just opening the dev console once!

      Known Reference: JRA-31932 and Knowledge base article about disabling tips, but that not seems to be all
      Disable the common module from the jira-help-tips plugin via Administration -> Manage Plugins -> System Plugins.
