[CONFSERVER-35291] Unable to add ‘Create from template’ Macro to a Global Template

When creating or editing a Global Template and trying to add the ‘Create from template’ Macro the macro one of two things will occur:

The editor hangs. Dropdowns aren't responsive.
The editor loads, but the Template Name drop down list is not responsive. Because of this it's not possible to use the macro.

404 error is thrown in the browser console:

Workaround 1 (Recommended):

Add the Create from Template macro to the Global Template
Add any existing key to the Space Key (the bottom field in the macro)
Now you can use the drop down and select the template to create from.
Save the template, and then Edit it once again. This time remove the space key and save the template.

Workaround 2:

edit regular (non-template) Confluence page and add the ‘Create from template’ Macro to it;
copy the macro from the page editor;
edit a Global Template and past the macro copied in previous step;
save the template - the macro button will work as expected.
