Unlicensed group of users with access to restricted areas, such as "Customers" in Service Desk

      We are thinking about buying Service Desk and Confluence. We are much closer to make a decision after You provided new type of license (agents and customers) in Service Desk 2.0.
      Very important for companies like ours (more than 1k small customers) is to have possibility to grant access (read-only) to knowledge base in confluence for authenticated customers who use service desk but we can't afford to buy Confluence license for all of them. Unfortunately in the most of cases we cannot use anonymous access due to company policy.
