I think i found a bug in confluence.( or i expect other behavior)
I createt an Template for our meeting notes. (template.jpg).
In this template a put a section with page properties.
The last column contains a "table of column" with list all heading3 Topics.
Second I Created a page "Montagsrunden" with "page properties report" witch list all my meetings by label. (page_prop_report.jpg).
In this report table i click on my Topic (Termine diese Woche the link in the url change to the Anchor in the same space, but the link won`t open.
If i do a right clicke and select "open in new tab" my it opens my page "Montagsrunden" in a new tab.
I expect that the link should open the page with the title ( Montagsrunde 2014-09-30)
Tested on confluence 5.6.1 and 5.5.3
It does not matter if i put the "taple of content" in a Expand Macro or not
