Attachments - Download All - French accents in file name

One of our users just reported this to me.

They have a Wiki page that has around 40 attachments on the page. These attachments contains French accents in the name (è é à, etc.).

When download them individually, there is no problem.

When using the Download All button, you are prompted to download the zip file and I can successfully download it.

The problem is when I try to unzip it, I get many errors and I only see the files without French accents in their names. I tried different programs to unzip and I always get the same result.

Is this something that's fixed in newer version? I know we are running an old version and we upgrading shortly.
