Steps to Reproduce
- Create a page in Confluence
- After saving the page, edit the title of the page
- Add a note in the "What did you change field"
- Save the updated page
Expected Results
Confluence should store the note about what was changed in the page history.
Actual Results
Confluence does not store the note about what was changed in the page history. The history item is created, but there's no note when a page edit includes a change to the page title.
