Provide a way to keep rectangular Space Logos in Confluence 5 especially in case of migration from Confluence 4

      This is a follow-up issue because CONF-28275 was resolved with keeping the rounded logo approach.

      1. Provide an option to have either rectangular (like in Confluence version before Confluence 5) nex to the rounded Space Logos - reasons? Please read all the related comments in CONF-28275.

      2. Don't automatically adjust and resize existing logos if a customer updates to a version of Confluence which introduces the rounded Space Logo design.

            John, I appreciate your initiative for CONF-35037 - but this is really not acceptable to wait until this is implemented.
            And no comment at all about the idea to provide at least a workaround based on the Documentation Theme.

            To summarize:

            • If you migrate from Confluence 4 to Confluence 5, logos are defaced
            • The existing Documentation Theme could be a suitable workaround until CONF-35037 is implemented

            Therefore: please do provide an option for the Documentation Theme to have logos which are not modified until CONF-35037 is implemented (which could take month).

            I agree with the rest who posted here. I see no reason to force a logo to be circular.

            As per all of the comments in CONF-28275 please restore the ability to have rectangular space logos without having to hack the CSS. Also please don't close this issue and claim that an upload tool that shrinks your logo to fit into a circle is an acceptable solution as you did with CONF-28275

            Why force customers to have a rounded space logo? This makes zero sense. We all have our own Style and Branding guidelines, and we don't need to layer Atlassian's design decisions over them.

            Please provide this feature for both themes:

            • Documentation Theme (which is very often in use and which will be kept after update to Confluence 5)
            • Global Look and Feel Theme
