Embedded images placed inside of a table are not displaying properly when page is exported to PDF

      Summary

      Images in tables that are not manually sized increase in size or are missing when exported to PDF.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a table in a Confluence Page
      2. Insert an image in one of the cells
      3. Export page to PDF

      Expected Results

      The exported PDF matches what is displayed in the page when viewed

      Actual Results

      The small image is displayed much larger than its actual size or the image is missing in the table.

      Workaround

      1. Edit page with the image
      2. Click on image, resize to any size use the px value . i.e. :
      3. Press enter to apply the change to the image
      4. Click on image again, resize back to the desired size i.e. :
      5. Press enter to apply the change and save page
      6. Export page to PDF

            [CONFSERVER-34385] Embedded images placed inside of a table are not displaying properly when page is exported to PDF

            I just ran into this issue in Confluence cloud.  The work around does not work.

            A fix for this issue is available to Server and Data Center customers in Confluence 6.10.2
            Upgrade now or check out the Release Notes to see what other issues are resolved.

            This issue still exists in confluence server 6.7.0.

            It's nice to have a work-around but it just cost us two hours and that's just for one page.

            If this issue is fixed in 6.1.1 why is the status still open?

            And as far as we can see the issue still exists in version 6.1.2 !!

            This is also in Confluence 5.9.9 and is a MAJOR issue for us too.

            Using 5.10.1 and this is a major issue for us too.

            Unfortunately, if I put a border around an icon, it just looks wrong. If I use a CSS so the border is not printed, it also removes the borders around my screenshots, which is needed
            And of course... we have many products that have many manuals = thousands of pages

            Temporary fix for those small images in table that got blown when exported to pdf, put border around them and it should be OK
