Moving Page Trigger Task Notification for Old Tasks

    Description

      How to Replicate The Bug

      1. Create a test page
      2. Assigned a task to a user
      3. User will receive "Assigned Task" notification
      4. Re-order the page in the same space
      5. User will receive another "Assigned Task" notification for the previously assigned task

      Expected Behaviour

      Confluence should not trigger a new assigned task notification as the task is not newly assigned to the user.

      Extra Notes

      Moving the page to another space won't trigger a new notification.
