Table of contents (TOC) does not display formatting of headings it includes (undo the fix, redo as a option)

      NOTE: This suggestion is for Confluence Server. Using Confluence Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Create a new page
      2. Insert some headings and apply additional formatting to those headings (e.g. make some bold, underlined, add a icon or small image.) - the formatting won't appear on the headings (this used to work before)
      3. Insert a table of contents

      the fix by the links below disable this 'feature'
      Could we have this "feature" back
      it was actually quite useful. the heading has icons and some words in colours.
      this made the TOC very useful.
      Please re enable this with a options in the TOC to keep the current format.
