Steps to reproduce:

Using Confluence 5.4.4, send a sign-up/password reset email to a person that uses Lotus Notes.
Email will arrive like this:

- - Sort By Name
  - Sort By Date
  - Ascending
  - Descending
  - Thumbnails
  - List
