When changing the page title it won’t save the comments on “what did you change?” field

      Step-by-step to reproduce the problem:

      1. Create a page
      2. Edit some text on page and add something on “what did you change?”
      3. Edit the title and add something on “what did you change?”

      You’ll notice on Page History that the last comment was not saved on this history.
