HTML export of a space - links on pages always resolve locally, even if the linked page was not exported

      If page A links to page B and if you export page A without page B to HTML, page A will have been linked to B as though it had been exported - in other words, following the page B link will result in a missing resource.

      It should link back to the originating Confluence instance for page B, if B was not exported.
