PDF Export does not handle page layout with PageTree component in it

      The first column, containing only a Page Tree macro, is simply skipped (not showing in the pdf).

      When I replace the PageTree macro with the Children macro, or something else, the export works fine.

      And this is the same independent of page export or space export.
