Sometimes when inserting anchor links, they are cut off resulting in a broken link. For example, when inserting an Anchor link by clicking on the Link button. Selecting Advanced in Link entering #myanchorlink, the link will be saved as #myanchor (with some important text missing). The result is that the anchor link is broken and useless.
