Issue Summary

When upgrading Confluence using installer file, there are some links that are being presented which are broken links

Environment

• Windows Installer (.exe)
• Linux installer (.bin)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Upgrade Confluence using any of the installer file

Expected Results

All links are working

Actual Results

The links are not working.
