Documentation Link Macro does not work and has not been fully deleted

As mentioned in CONF-32101 the macro browser presents a Documentation Link macro that cannot actually be inserted.

It should probably be deleted from the Advance Macros plugin in which it dwells.

It can currently be embedded in a wikimarkup block like this

{doc:display/ALLDOC/Home}Link to the central doc space on CAC{doc}

I've tested this on 5.4 but I imagine it has been this way a long time. (e.g. 4.0)
