Diagnostic logging does not return logging to application logs once disabled

      • Change Confluence logging level to diagnostic
        Logs start writing to catalina logs
      • Disable diagnostic logs
        Application logging (atlassian-confluence.log) does not revert back to the confluence logs, rather it remains logging to the catalina logs.
