1: Surround Table of Contents macro on Page A with an Excerpt macro.
2: Include the Table of Contents of Page A on to Page B with the Excerpt Include macro.
Table of Contents links on Page B do not correctly link to the headings on Page A. Instead it tries to link to non-existent headings on Page B.
Table of Contents URL on Page A: confluence.example.com/display/AAA/Page-A#Page-A-Heading-1
Table of Contents URL on Page B: confluence.example.com/display/AAA/Page-B#Page-A-Heading-1
In the above example, the URL on Page B should be exactly the same as the URL on Page A.
