Try to avoid truncating the filename of the attachment where possible

    Description

      The "name" column in the attachments macro's table is arguably the most important column in the whole thing. It can be really annoying if you have a whole bunch of attachments with similar names, but the end of the filename (ie. the unique part of the filename) gets truncated in order to make room for the massive, empty "Comment" row:

      Where possible, we should try and expand the width of the name column to fit all the filenames in.
