Background entry text in a page generated by Decision blueprint wizard is escaped.

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Click page create button, then select 'Decision' blueprint.
      2. Enter Decision entry.
      3. Enter any non-ascii character(s) in Background entry of the Decision blueprint wizard.
      4. Clink create button.

      Examples

      Entered text in the wizard is:

      あいうえお
かきくけこ

      Text in the created page is:

      あいうえお 
かきくけこ

      Upgrade the Business Blueprints Pack Plugin to 1.7.4 or above. The download is available from the Atlassian Marketplace.

            Thanks for the bug report. I can confirm that this is already fixed in the current development branch of Confluence 5.2, so the final version should not be affected.

            If you're on an earlier version, upgrading to Business Blueprints Pack 1.7.4 or above will solve the issue.
