      Steps to reproduce

      1. Click page create button, then select 'Decision' blueprint.
      2. Enter Decision entry.
      3. Enter any non-ascii character(s) in Background entry of the Decision blueprint wizard.
      4. Clink create button.

      Examples

      Entered text in the wizard is:

      あいうえお
かきくけこ

      Text in the created page is:

      あいうえお 
かきくけこ

      Upgrade the Business Blueprints Pack Plugin to 1.7.4 or above. The download is available from the Atlassian Marketplace.
