Customised colour scheme is not applied to Configure in the hot dog drop down

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Upload a site logo which contains only red tones, black and white (for example) and allow the colour scheme to be changed.
      2. Note that the colour of the Configure link in the hot dog does not update.
