Customised colour scheme does not affect links in the Admin console, and some other areas of Confluence

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Upload a site logo which contains only red tones, black and white (for example) and allow the colour scheme to be changed.
      2. Note that the colour of the links in the affected areas listed above do not update.
