Steps to Reproduce
- Create some heading with german umlauts (eg:Büro)
- Create a table of content and in Exclude Headings field add the regular expression to exclude heading with the umlaut characters(eg:Büro).
Expected Results
The Table of Content should exclude the heading with the umlaut characters
Actual Results
The heading with umlaut characters is still displayed in the Table of Content
This bug occurs with Include Headings as well.
