      The TOC macro does not work (1) for:

      • German umlaut and special characters used in headings (but not used in page titles)
      • German umlaut and special characters used in page titles (but not used in headings)

      The TOC macro does work for:

      +++ Legend +++

      (1) "Not work" means: The macro is displayed, but can not be used / clicked / is not linked to headings.
