Steps to reproduce

1) Create a new page and attach an image to it
2) Create a second page and use the include macro to embed the first page into it
3) Export the second page to PDF and to Word
4) Note that pdf export works as intended
5) Note that the Word Export is missing the image included thusly

The last image on the sample pages is included using the technique outlined above
