Word-Export does not include images from included pages

      I got a similar problem to CONF-25599: on our 4.2.11-test-system images from {include}d-pages are no longer exported to word-documents or linked to a web-path; instead they contain paths like "C:\attach_5a03ccfa4507e2ae469056e46e25425b"-which of course won't work.

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Create page "A"
      2. Create page "B" as a sub-page of page "A"
      3. Edit page "B" to include an image
      4. Edit page "A" to {include} page "B"
      5. Export page "A" as word document
