Currently there is the peculiar situation that unless the administrators of all spaces remember to also grant access to all existing users or groups when granting anonymous access, a user may be able to view a space only wenn logged out. Perhaps the rights granted to Anonymous should be considered minimal rights which any user inherits automatically?
